Name of Business: Practical Expansion

I, the undersigned participant, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions, and I acknowledge and accept that participation in the services provided by Practical Expansion, including but not limited to yoga, breathwork, Pilates, fitness, and other physical or wellness activities (collectively, the “Activities”), carries certain inherent risks.

1. Assumption of Risk:
I am voluntarily participating in the Activities and fully understand that they involve physical exertion and may include potentially strenuous exercises. I acknowledge that participating in these Activities could result in physical injury or other complications. I represent that I am in good health and do not suffer from any condition which would prevent my safe participation in the Activities.

2. Medical Release:
I certify that I have disclosed any medical conditions or injuries that may affect my ability to participate in the Activities. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating and that Practical Expansion is not responsible for any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided or withheld.

3. Waiver and Release of Liability:
I hereby release and forever discharge Practical Expansion, its owner(s), employees, contractors, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or in the future arising out of my participation in the Activities, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death, resulting from the negligence of any Released Party.

4. Indemnity:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, that arise from my participation in the Activities or my breach of this waiver.

5. Photography/Video Release:
I consent to be photographed or recorded during the Activities, and I authorize Practical Expansion to use such photos or recordings for marketing, advertising, or other promotional purposes. I understand I will not receive any compensation for such use.

6. Governing Law:
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which Practical Expansion is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Severability:
If any provision of this waiver is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the waiver, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
